Education. Momentum is committed to investing in its most valuable asset, its employees, by providing company-sponsored professional advancement courses in the following subject areas: Project Management Professional® (PMP®) certification preparation and Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP™) certification preparation.
Appreciation. One of the many ways Momentum shows appreciation for its employees is by hosting quarterly Team Days and Award Days, work days dedicated to bringing the entire team together to participate in a fun group activity and to celebrate the achievement of individual team members.
Mentoring. Our staff is comprised of many different types of consultants who are excited to share their talents with each other. Our mentoring program allows us to help one another grow our strengths and confidence and ultimately make us better consultants.
What We Look For In a Candidate:
Momentum prides itself in being a group of well-rounded consultants who are responsive and flexible. Although certification (PMP, CBAP, etc.) is not a requirement for working at Momentum, it is preferred. We do require that employees to have excellent written and oral communication skills. Some of our other preferred (but not required) candidate skills include: Bachelor’s Degree; PMP® Certification / Knowledge of PMBOK® best practices; CBAP Certification™ / Knowledge of BABOK™ best practices; Training Development and Presentation Skills; Strategic Planning knowledge; Organizational Change Management knowledge; Experience with State and Federal government.
