CAMP HILL, PA - On the eve of the 2008 presidential elections, the Midstate voted blue — at least in terms of the Central Penn Business Journal's Business of the Year competition winner. Momentum, Inc., the blue-logoed Camp Hill management consulting firm recognized for producing results was named as the Central Penn Business Journal's Business of the Year at an awards gala at the Harrisburg Hilton.

The Central Penn Business Journal and several area partners facilitate this annual competition that honors area companies and individuals for their outstanding contributions to the business community in Central Pennsylvania.

"We are so honored to be acknowledged by our peers with this award," said Steve Clay, one of Momentum's three principals.

"We appreciate the hard work and commitment of our staff and value their commitment to excellence both in the workplace and in the community," he said.

An independent panel of five judges selected thirty top companies as finalists. Momentum won Business of the Year in the "1-50 Employees" category. All finalists and winners will be featured in a Central Penn Business Journal supplement inserted into the November 7, 2008 issue.
