Momentum, Inc. Announces New Ownership

CAMP HILL, PA – Momentum, Inc., an industry-leading IT and management consulting firm based in Camp Hill, PA, announced today that after 23 years of ownership, Lori Daniels, Karen Sarabok and Steve Clay have sold the company to Jennifer Oswald, Ashley Hock and Thomas Flowers.

“We are incredibly proud of the company we created and cultivated over the past two decades and take comfort in knowing that we are leaving it in great hands,” said Daniels.  “When looking back to when Karen, Steve and I took the leap into owning a small business, I don’t think we could’ve imagined this part of the journey; but to know that our small business has grown to employ quality consultants in seven states that serve customers throughout the mid-Atlantic means that our hard work has resulted in something that will continue to deliver value and positively impact others in the future; it’s proof that our leap was successful and worth the risk.”

Daniels, Sarabok and Clay founded Momentum, Inc. on July 7, 1998 and formally transferred ownership to Oswald, Hock and Flowers on March 31, 2022.  Each of the three of the new owners have longstanding connections to the company:

Oswald started at Momentum in 2002 where she has held various leadership roles progressing to her current position of President and CEO.  Hock joined the company in 2010 where she has excelled in managing Momentum’s Operations and Finance department, leading to her eventual promotion to Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2020.  Flowers is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a local entrepreneur who currently owns several successful Central Pennsylvania small businesses.  Flowers has worked with Momentum as one of his customers since 2014.
