As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Jennifer Oswald oversees all day-to-day activities of Momentum and is responsible for ensuring achievement of the company’s mission and financial objectives. This involves active engagement with Momentum’s Corporate Strategy and Sales & Proposal Management Departments to generate new business and cultivate relationships with strategic partners and key decision makers. Known for her proven leadership, business acumen, and focus on customer service, Ms. Oswald has been an integral part of Momentum’s long-term growth and success. Additionally, Ms. Oswald is a principal-level management consultant that specializes in supporting major business transformation initiatives for our customers. In addition to holding multiple in-demand industry certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®) among others, her qualifications and experience include presenting at industry conferences, serving on industry roundtables, participating on high-profile boards and committees, and authoring articles in reputable industry publications.

Ashley Hock

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Ashley Hock is responsible for maintaining high-quality operations and services in support of Momentum’s internal and external customers.  This includes active oversight of three departments (Service Management, Operations and Finance, and Project and Portfolio Management) throughout the execution of day-to-day tasks and long-term initiatives in operational areas such as Human Resources, Vendor Contract Management, Accounting, Recruiting, Client Services, Marketing, Information Technology, Facilities Management, and many others.  Additionally, Ms. Hock manages and controls the company’s budget and financial activities to align to organizational strategies and Board of Directors guidance.  Prior to holding the COO position, Ms. Hock has held operational positions at Momentum over the past decade beginning with Operations Specialist and progressing to Operations Manager and Director of Operations.  Her extensive experience and effective leadership qualities have contributed to Momentum’s growth throughout the mid-Atlantic United States and consistent accolades as one of the top small business consulting firms in the Central Pennsylvania.
