Momentum helped bring holiday cheer this year through donations to the Holiday Wish program at PennDOT and the Bailey House at UPMC PinnacleHealth.

Momentum has been participating in the Holiday Wish Program at PennDOT over the past few years. This program allows us to sponsor families identified by the Department of Human Services by purchasing gifts and needed items requested by the families for the holidays. Last year, this program helped over 16,000 individuals including children, adults and seniors. Momentum employees made the holidays brighter for 4 families (a total of 15 people) with their generosity. This year, we sponsored 3 different families for a total of 20 people.

Momentum, Inc. brought holiday cheer to UPMC PinnacleHealth patients on Monday, December 2, 2019 by decorating their Stars of Hope holiday tree at the UPMC PinnacleHealth Fredricksen Outpatient Center lobby on the West Shore Campus as a way to support the UPMC PinnacleHealth Auxiliary.

Bailey House is a “Home Away From Home”, which provides a place for families outside of the immediate Harrisburg area to reside while their seriously ill loved one is hospitalized.  The Bailey House is located two blocks from Harrisburg Hospital and operates as a 24-hour-a-day facility which provides lodging, linens and refreshments for free. Bailey House greatly appreciates donations to underwrite the cost of Bailey House.

Momentum raises money and awareness for local charities as part of their “Sharing Our Success” campaign.  The company started the campaign in 2008 as a way to give back to the local community.
