Momentum, Inc. is excited to have been named one of the Best Places to Work in PA, ranked 27th on the list.  Recognized at an award ceremony in Lancaster, this is the tenth year Momentum has made the list of Best Places to Work. 

The Best Places to Work Awards Program is a survey competition designed to identify and recognize the best employers in Pennsylvania. Companies from across the state entered a two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. 

The companies nominated are assessed on their workplace policies, systems, philosophies, and demographics in the first part of the process. The companies are then analyzed by an employee survey that measures the employee’s experience. These combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking. The Best Companies Group manages the overall registration and survey process. 

The awards program, created in 2000, is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Central Penn Business Journal.
