Momentum, Inc. is happy to announce being named one of the Best Places to work in PA for 2016. This year will mark the seventh year Momentum has made the list of Best Places to Work.

The Best Places to Work Awards Program is a survey competition designed to identify and recognize the best employers in Pennsylvania. Companies from across the state entered a two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA.

The companies nominated are assessed on their workplace policies and demographics in the first part of the process which holds 25% of the total evaluation. The final 75% of the evaluation is based upon the employee survey that measures the employee’s experience with the nominated company. These combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking. The Best Companies Group manages the overall registration and survey process.

The awards program, created in 2000, is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the country. The program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Central Penn Business Journal.

Momentum will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA awards banquet on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
