Momentum, Inc. Named One of the Best Places to Work in PA for 2021

CAMP HILL, PA (October 20, 2020) – Momentum has made the list of 100 Best Places to Work in PA for 2020. This prestigious awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania, who are benefiting from the state’s economy and its workforce, as evaluated largely by its employees. Momentum’s leadership strives to make the company a desirable place to work and it very proud of this accomplishment.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. The first part of this process, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation, was assessing each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second part, worth approximately 75% of the total evaluation, consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.
Team Pennsylvania, a nonprofit, along with the Central Penn Business Journal and the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development have announced the latest list for 2020.
Momentum will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA Virtual Award Event on December 2, 2021. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
